The requirement for deed establishment of foreign investment company (PT - PMA).

Based on act 40th of 2007 constitution, the general requirements for establishing new foreign investment company (PT - PMA):

• Business Fields to be run are legitimate business fields by Indonesian capital investment law.

• The company must have representative office with physical office address.

• The company must have at least one director and one commissioner as the person-in-charge of the company.

• Business entities applicant (local/foreign) must enclose company's articles of association and amendments.

• Have at least Rp.10.000.000.000 for the company's authorized capital with minimum paid-up capital 25% of the company's authorized capital.

• Official bank statement of company's capital.

• Full reference details which explains the governance structure and composition of capital ownership of the founders.

• Copies of owner’s and administrator’s passport & identity card with at least two pieces each.

• Person-in-charge email addresses and phone number.

• Four pieces of company's person-in-charge color passport photo.

• Company's person-in-charge Tax ID Number.

• If own property office/plant, be evidenced with copies of property certificate and recent property tax (PBB).

• If rent property office/plant, be evidenced with lease agreement between tenants and property owners.

• Flow chart description of production process for industrial enterprises or activities description of service product for service enterprises.
